KETTLEBELL GAMES
1. Goals
- promotion and popularization of kettlebell training
- strengthening of cooperation and friendship between clubs;

4. EVENTS:
Athletes and sportsmen of all clubs, federations and individuals can compete on KETTLEBELL GAMES
One athlete can compete in all disciplines:
HEAVY SPRINT
• There is a Biathlon version and a LongCycle
• Each exercise set last 3 minutes.
• Only one kettlebell is used.
• You can switch hand as much as you want
• Goal is to do as many reps as you can in 3min
• Fixation on clean is required in HEAVY SPRINT
Kettlebell weight:
Women: 20kg,24kg,28kg,32kg
Men: 28kg,32kg,36kg,40kg
SCORING DETAILS OF HEAVY SPRINT
Weight Factors points:
• 20KG = 2.5
• 24KG = 3
• 28KG = 3.5
• 32KG = 4
• 36KG =4.5
• 40KG = 5
5min EVENTS
There is Biathlon version and a LongCycle
- BIATHLON (Jerk 5min and Snatch 5min)
- LONG CYCLE
Kettlebell weight
Men double arm : 20kg,24kg,32kg
Women double arm: 12kg,16kg,20kg
Women one arm: 12kg,16kg,20kg
SCORING DETAILS 5 MIN EVENT
Weight Factors points:
• 12KG = 1.5
• 16KG = 2
• 20KG = 2.5
• 24KG = 3
• 32KG = 4
KETTLEBELL HALF MARATHON
30 min – KETTLEBELL HALF MARATHON
Event is done with a single kettlebell and multiple (unlimited)
hand switch.
Goal is to do as many reps as you can in 30min
2.DISCIPLINES
There are 3 disciplines for competition events to chose from:
• Long Cycle
• Jerk
• Snatch
Kettlebell weight
Men: 16kg,20kg,24kg
Women: 8kg, 12kg, 16kg
SCORING DETAILS KETTLEBELL HALF MARATHON
Weight Factors points:
• 8KG = 1
• 12KG = 1.5
• 16KG = 2
• 20KG = 2.5
• 24KG = 3
Each repetition counts for 1 point X weight factor of the bell. The athlete with the highest point wins.
In the event of a tie, the victory will be awarded to the competitor with the lowest bodyweight at the time of weigh-in (or in some cases, after the flight is over).
5. COACH/ASSISTANTS CONDUCT
1. Each competitor is allowed to designate one (1) person as their coach/ assistant.
2. An assistant may give chalk, water or food to the athlete while he rests in a legal position or keeps on lifting.
3. Assistants must stay by the judge’s table or behind the athlete until called upon.
4. A coach is not allowed to speak to or interact in any way with the platform judge.
5. A coach is not allowed to speak to, harass, or try to distract another competitor in any way.
6. Coaches must conduct themselves in a sportsmanlike manner at all times. No outbursts of profanity are allowed.
7. If a coach violates any of the above rules they will be asked to leave the coaching area immediately, and will not be allowed to coach any other competitors for the remainder of the event. Any subsequent violation will earn instant removal from the venue.
KETTLEBELL TRIATHLON
3 One-Arm Kettlebell Exercises:
LONG CYCLE 10min
JERK 10min
SNATCH 10min
• Each exercise in written order last 10 minutes
• No brake between excercises
• Only one kettlebell is used
• You can switch hand as much as you want
• Goal is to do as many reps as you can in 30min

Men: 16kg,20kg,24kg
Women: 8kg, 12kg, 16kg

5. Finance
All participants need to pay registration fee.
Competitors participate at their own risk.
Registration fee: 1 discipline 150kn
(more disciplines+50kn for each)
