SCHEDULE DAY 1 - 4 hours (Saturday after Kettlebell games) • Brief information about kettlebell lifting • Exercise "jerk" theory and technique • The rack position and the fixation position, their value for the result • Principles of the exercise "jerk" • The phases of the exercise "jerk" • Peculiarities of breathing during the exercise "jerk" • Practice of the "jerk" exercise • General biomechanical principles of training with weights - Theory. The principle of the pendulum. Inertial forces used in raising weights. DAY 2 - 7 hours (Sunday 2nd July) • Long cycle - Theory • Clean • Long cycle with one or two bells • "Long cycle" + workout • Assistance exercise - stretching, cardio load. Theory and practice.
